Alden Pierce Whitford (U.S.)
Director
Alden Whitford is a founding Director of ZANJS. He previously served extensively in the risk management departments of Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, establishing the company's stable foundation with over 30 years of experience. He maintains the management philosophy that "asset security is more important than returns", leading the SEC compliance framework and risk model construction.
Carson J. Marwood (U.S. / Global Expansion)
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Carson Marwood previously led a 300-person business team at Charles Schwab and is a recognized global expansion expert. Under his leadership, ZANJS quickly expanded its operations to 32 countries and drove the formal establishment of the Investor Education Division in 2024. He focuses on technology-driven strategy and client experience design.

Helena holds an MIT Master's in Information Systems Management and served as Operations Director at Fidelity Investments for over ten years. She led the complete upgrade of ZANJS's backend system, reducing trading latency by 40% , and built the multinational operating system.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
E.J. Langston previously served at NASDAQ technology and Citadel Securities' high-frequency team. He spearheaded ZANJS's Ultra-Low Latency trading system construction, maintaining an average latency of < 20ms. He specializes in low-latency networks, distributed matching engines, and financial cybersecurity.

Dr. Rowan Kearns holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business , and previously led strategy analysis for J.P. Morgan in the U.S.. He is ZANJS's core thought leader and the lead instructor for the Investor Education Division.
